One message each
Every guest gets one take, 30 seconds to two minutes long, your pick. They can listen back and redo it before it goes on the tape.

The reveal is yours
Messages stay sealed on the tape until it unlocks: when recording closes, or, on a group tape, the moment you choose. Nobody hears another’s message before then, you included.

Six sleeve colours
Paper, sage, clay, sky, butter or charcoal. The label carries the event’s name, the date and the count, so the tape looks like the one in the drawer.

Nothing to install
Guests record in Safari or Chrome on any recent phone. You run the tape from the Mira app or the web.

- Do guests need to install an app?
- No. The QR code opens a web page with the recorder built in. It works in Safari and Chrome on any recent phone.
- How long can a message be?
- That's up to you: 30 seconds, a minute or two minutes, set when you create the tape. Guests press record, speak, and press stop. They can listen back and redo it before it goes on the tape.
- Can guests hear their message back?
- Not until the reveal. Then they can hear their own, and everyone else’s if you allow it.
- Can I listen before the reveal?
- You see who has left a message as it lands and can remove any you don’t want on the tape. The messages themselves stay sealed until the tape unlocks, for you too.
- Does the tape expire?
- No. The tape and its messages stay in your account, and you can download the originals any time.
- How much does it cost?
- Free for up to 5 guests, then one price per tape based on your guest limit: from $4.99, up to 200 voices. Tapes are priced on their own, separately from photo events.
