Terms, kept short.

These are the rules for hosting an event on Mira or shooting at one as a guest. Using Mira means you agree to them.

The service

Mira lets a host create an event, invite guests with a QR code or link, and collect photos that stay hidden until a reveal time the host chooses.

Your account

Hosts sign up with a real email address and are responsible for what happens under their account. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. Guests join with a name only and accept these terms by taking a photo.

Your photos

You keep every right to your photos. You give Mira only the permission it needs to store, resize, style and show them to the people your event settings allow. The host is responsible for what is shot at their event and can delete anything at any time.

Payments

Creating an event is free. Bigger guest sizes and the unlimited-shots add-on are one-time purchases per event, paid through Stripe on the web or the App Store and Google Play in the app. Prices are shown before you pay. If something broke on our side, write to us and we'll make it right.

What's not allowed

No illegal content, no harassment, and no photos of people who clearly don't want to be photographed. We can remove content or close accounts that break these rules.

Availability

Mira is provided as is. We work hard to keep it up, but we can't promise it will always be available or that nothing will ever be lost. Download the originals you care about.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when. Continuing to use Mira after a change means you accept it.
